How It Works

Our Nurse Contact Centre provides employees with a central point to receive professional health advice and report an absence from work. The nurse will establish an estimated return to work date and sends an automatic absence notification via email and/or SMS to key management staff. During the absence, nurses make follow-up calls to update their progress and offer further advice, if required. Our online reporting suite provides approved managers access to on-line absence reports that allow for inter-departmental benchmarking and individual employee summaries.


The online reporting solution ensures managers are accountable for key task actions, such as return to work interviews, and is designed to integrate easily with other HR and payroll systems.
